They are member of professional bodies as e.g. the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), or similar reputable professional bodies pertinent to theirs fields of expertise.

Our senior consultants are:

Bjorn Ross MSc MIFireE MIFSM - Principal Consultant

Bjorn served 14 years in operational fire and rescue services, and 7 years as Assistant Chief Fire Officer responsible for the management of the training department. As consultant over the past 7 years, he has provided fire safety and emergency management advice to various government authorities, high-risk industries, and corporations and developed their emergency- and fire safety strategies. Bjorn is a student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is currently pursuing full membership of this prestigious professional body.

Roy Brown MIFireE - Managing Consultant

Roy retired as Assistant Chief Fire Officer from one of the largest fire brigades in UK, and was a coordinator of command studies and specialist lecturer at the fire engineering college. He has excessive national and international experience in fire safety matters, emergency planning and response, and crisis management.

Michael Kelly MBA BSc (Hon) MIFireE EngTech - Senior Consultant

Michael has served 27 years in operational and specialist fire safety roles, and supported Fire Safety Officers on various building projects including Media City in Manchester. He lectures part time at Salford University, and is currently researching the issues surrounding the installation/type of construction of Green/Brown roofs on existing and new build designs.

Graham Tew GIFireE - Senior Consultant

Graham served 14 years in operational fire services and 16 years within the technical fire safety section as a Fire Safety Inspecting Officer. He has worked several years as an incident command system coordinator, as well as providing fire safety advice and attending court to give evidence as an expert witness.
