When we developed our Values Statement, we asked hundreds of our people across the world to tell us what they thought about who we are and what we stand for, as individuals and as an organisation. There was a remarkable level of consistency in their responses. We built our Values Statement on those responses. That’s why we know that it truly reflects the way our people act and behave worldwide.
